As a member, you’ll receive access to 24/7 care. After hours, providers are on call to service your healthcare needs.
Unlimited Visits
Members receive unlimited access and visits to all of the procedures and services listed in the membership.
No Co-Pays or Deductibles
We provide affordable and quality care. No co-pays or deductibles for our members.
Urgent Care
Full-service urgent care with onsite X-ray. Treatment for Strep Throat, Pneumonia, Croup, Bronchitis, Sinus and Ear Infections, UTI’s, Broken Bones, Lacerations, Sports Physicals and more!
On-Site X-Ray
With digital X-rays and full-time radiologic technologists, our team can quickly diagnose a range of conditions and help identify the best treatment plan right away. X-rays are $25 for each type for members.
Blood Work
We draw all labs in our clinic. Specimens are sent out to a third-party lab for analysis. We provide the lowest cost on all labs drawn and do not mark up any of our negotiated rates.
Discounted Prescriptions
Our medical staff makes every effort to hunt down the lowest cost medication and provide our patients with cost saving options. Most in-house prescriptions are $5 to $10.
Discounted Medical Supplies
All medical supplies provided by Temecula Medical Group are sold at the lowest possible prices and are not a calculated source of profit for Temecula Medical Group. Our intent is to always provide the lowest priced options possible for our members.
Discounted Labs
We have negotiated the lowest lab rates possible and pass those savings on to our patients. We will never mark up any lab or prescription.
Wellness Exams
We provide annual physicals including, pap smears, breast exams, prostate exams, hernia examinations and vision screens.
In-House Physicals
We provide our members sports physicals, camp physicals, work physicals and school physicals.
Infections Treatment
We treat a vast number of infections in-house, including skin, eye, ear, throat, sinuses, lung, gastrointestinal/ liver/ gallbladder, urinary, genital (including STIs), toenail and more.
Broken Bones
Management of uncomplicated fractures to include splinting and casting.
Minor Surgeries
We offer minor invasive procedures ranging from mole excisions, ingrown nail removal, cyst and lipoma removals.
Lacerations
Suturing of wounds using glue, sutures or staples.
Hormone Therapy
Treat and assess both Male and Female hormone imbalances such as Testosterone, Progestrone and Thyroid.
Dermatology
Management of aged spots, moles, acne, skin tags, removal of warts, cysts and other benign precancerous skin lesions.
OMT (Chiropractic)
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment attempts to improve joint range of motion and balance tissue and muscle mechanics in order to relieve pain. Many people will find this similar to Chiropractic Medicine.
Medical Weight Loss
Struggling with losing those unwanted pounds? Our team provides not only the necessary prescription assistance, but guidance and education that provides our patients with the necessary tools to replace fat with muscle.

About Our Concierge Program
Q 1: Who should consider the concierge plans?
A: Our concierge plans are great for anyone who wants better care and services, whether you have insurance or not. A flat and affordable monthly fee will cover all your primary care needs and you will have 24X7 access to our providers.
Q 2: What benefit will the concierge plan provide if I have PPO insurance already?
A: If you have PPO insurance that we accept, becoming a concierge member will not only give you 24X7 access to our providers, but saving you on the co-pays and deductibles that insurance wants you to pay in order to be seen.
Q 3: Do you bill insurance for a member visit?
A: We bill insurance so a member's visit can go towards his/her annual deductible, although we don't pass that deductible on to the member.
Q 4: Can I purchase the concierge plans for my employees as a benefit?
A: Absolutely! Healthcare benefits play an important role in employee recruiting and retention. We help take care of your employees with our five-star service.
Q 5: I am a senior and I have medicare. Can I become a member?
A: Yes. Our plans work great for seniors. Our plans offer what Medicare doesn't: 24X7 access, unlimited visits, same day appointment, extensive consultation. We provide what our seniors need and deserve.

A: No. Sign up is free and you can cancel anytime.
