Medical providers partner with their healthcare goals. This is a self-pay membership ideal for businesses without group insurance or as a supplemental benefit.

Same as our Concierge: PRIME membership, but with this membership, we offer reduced pricing for those who would like to couple our concierge services with their PPO insurance. Note: In order to participate in this membership, we have to accept your PPO insurance—perfect for employer-sponsored plans with existing coverage.
