MEET OUR PROVIDER - Krystal Lott

Krystal Lott, AGNP-C, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner providing primary care at Temecula Medical Group in Temecula, California. She has more than eight years of experience as a nurse practitioner and cares for adolescents, adults, and older adults. Her clinical skill and calm, compassionate manner help patients feel at ease.

Krystal is a U.S. Army veteran who built her career in medicine one step at a time. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Central Texas College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Throughout her studies, she worked as a registered nurse on surgical-trauma and medical-surgical floors. She is nationally board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds a California nurse practitioner license with furnishing authority.

Her experience covers many of the settings where primary care matters most. She has managed a patient panel at a community health center, provided acute and chronic care in the San Diego County correctional health system, and served on the palliative care team at Riverside University Health System's Level I Trauma Center. She has also cared for patients in hospice, pain management, and occupational medicine. In the office, she performs procedures such as suturing, incision and drainage, wound care, injections, and Pap smears. She has also worked as a clinical instructor, mentoring nursing students through their medical-surgical rotations.

Krystal is especially committed to patients with complex health needs and to those who have felt overlooked by the healthcare system. She believes good care rests on teamwork, safety, and empathy, and on taking the time to truly listen.

Outside of work, Krystal treasures time at home with her two teenagers and her dogs, whom she considers family. She loves cold weather and rewatching favorite movies more times than she can count.
